Delete securely inside Dialee, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete inside Dialee
Open Settings → Account → Permanently delete account and complete the authenticated confirmation. This removes the Dialee cloud account and its owner-scoped cloud data, then clears Dialee data from the device completing the flow.
Request deletion without the app
Email from the address linked to your Dialee account. State clearly that you want the account permanently deleted. If the sending address differs, include the linked account email.

What deletion covers
Deletion is intended to remove the authenticated account and owner-scoped cloud records, including synchronized contact memory, notes, tasks, recaps, validated relationship context, profile, usage records, and entitlement records, subject to lawful security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and backup-retention exceptions.
The device completing the in-app flow clears its local Dialee database and native caller index. Another offline device may retain local data until it reconnects, processes the deletion state, or Dialee is uninstalled. Uninstalling ordinarily removes app-sandboxed device data but does not itself delete cloud account data.
Cancel separately through Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dialee.
Retention and access
Active-account information is kept while needed to provide Dialee or until deleted, subject to legal and security requirements. Dialee does not currently offer automated data export. Copy information you need before deletion or email support with an access request.
Dialee contains a planned inactivity process for a 335-day warning and 365-day deletion of eligible accounts without a paid entitlement. That automation is not relied upon until its trusted schedule and email delivery are operationally configured.
Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot be reversed after completion.
