Terms of Use
The rules, responsibilities, limitations, and subscription terms that apply when you use Dialee.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Dialee. By creating an account or using Dialee, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.
The service
Dialee helps you save your own notes, prepare for calls, manage reminders and tasks, record an explicit post-call recap, and optionally use AI-assisted summaries and suggestions. Dialee does not record, listen to, or transcribe phone calls. It is not a dialer, emergency service, call-recording service, or source of professional advice.
Features depend on Android permissions, device and manufacturer behavior, network access, configured phone apps, Google Play, and third-party services. Caller reminders may use a notification fallback and are not guaranteed on every device or call.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account, devices, and information. You retain ownership of your content and give Dialee and its providers a limited permission to host, transmit, process, and synchronize it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the requested service.
Your content may concern other people. You are responsible for using contact and relationship information lawfully, respecting confidentiality, and obtaining any permission your jurisdiction requires.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dialee for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt unauthorized access or bypass security; upload malware or content you cannot lawfully process; use AI output for automated high-impact decisions; or use Dialee to harass, stalk, discriminate, or violate another person's rights.
AI features
AI and transcription are optional. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, or unsuitable. Review and edit outputs before saving or acting. Do not rely on Dialee for medical, legal, financial, emergency, employment, eligibility, or other safety-critical decisions.
Subscriptions
Dialee may offer a free plan and Dialee Pro subscriptions. Google Play shows the current plan, localized price, period, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and confirmation. Purchases are processed by Google Play and entitlement status is administered with RevenueCat.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play before the displayed renewal date. Deleting your account or uninstalling Dialee does not cancel a subscription. See the Subscription and Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Dialee's software, brand, interfaces, and service content—excluding your content—are owned by or licensed to the developer identified on the Google Play listing. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Dialee for its intended purpose.
Suspension and service changes
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, or a material breach. We may change or discontinue features. We will not retroactively charge you without Google Play purchase confirmation, and material changes will be communicated where required.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialee is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect caller recognition, error-free AI, or compatibility with every device, dialer, carrier, region, or provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Dialee provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from AI reliance, missed reminders, device behavior, third-party services, or content you store. Nothing limits rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding mandatory protections where you live. Contact gml5453@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain rights to approach a regulator, consumer body, or court where applicable.
Changes
The current Terms show their effective date. We will provide additional notice for material changes where required.
