Dialee Support
Help with access, caller reminders, purchases, privacy, and account deletion.
Only a recap or dictation you deliberately start may use the microphone.
Contact support
Email your Dialee account address, Android device model and version, a short description, and a screenshot or Google Play order ID when relevant.

Restore a purchase
Open Dialee → Settings or the paywall → Restore purchases. Use the same Google Play account that made the purchase.
Cancel a subscription
Open Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dialee. Uninstalling Dialee or deleting its account does not cancel the subscription.
Caller reminder is not appearing
Check notification, Contacts, Notification Access, and optional overlay permissions. Android and battery settings can limit background behavior. Dialee may use a notification fallback, and automatic recognition is not guaranteed on every device or call.
Delete an account
Use Dialee → Settings → Account → Permanently delete account, or follow the public deletion instructions if you cannot access the app.
Privacy or data request
Email gml5453@gmail.com from the address linked to the account. Dialee does not currently provide automated data export.
Safety
Dialee is not an emergency service. For immediate danger or emergency assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
